The Software Process and Measurement Cast 619 features the return of Joe Schofield. Joe and I talked about his new book, Aligning People and Culture for Agile Transformation: A Leadership & Change Story (https://amzn.to/2HCfRV1). As an enabler and educator: Joe is an Authorized Training Partner with VMEdu, a Scrum Certified Trainer with SCRUMstudy
, and a contributor to the Great IT Professional Webinar Series sponsored by Computer Aid, Inc.
